Casa Pole Dance

All sales are final. Advance registration is required for all classes. Please review the policies below carefully before booking.

(All Drop-Ins, Series, and Membership Classes)

For the safety of our students, late arrivals are not permitted.

Students who arrive more than 15 minutes after class start time will not be allowed to join class.
Warm-up is mandatory and essential for injury prevention.
If you arrive after the cutoff time, you must contact the studio directly to reschedule in order to retain your class credit.
Failure to contact the studio will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
No-shows without contacting the studio will lose their class credit.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class start time via the Fitune portal.
Early cancellations will retain the class credit for future use.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the class credit.
No refunds.

Makeup passes are available to Series holders only.
Makeup passes are valid only while you are actively enrolled in a Casa Pole Dance Series or Membership.
Unused makeup credits will be forfeited if enrollment ends.
If you know you will miss a series class, you must:
- Cancel at least 12 hours in advance via your Fitune portal, and
- Notify the studio directly so a makeup pass can be added to your account.
Failure to early cancel and contact the studio will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
Makeup classes are filled by waitlist only.
Makeup credits do not expire while enrollment remains active.
All series registrations are final. No refunds.

Memberships require a minimum 4-week commitment.
After the initial commitment, memberships may be canceled at any time through the Fitune portal.
Canceling a membership ends enrollment and releases the spot to other students.
No refunds.
