Pole 1 Series

Ready to begin your pole journey? Our Pole 1 Series is the perfect introduction for beginners who are ready to build strength, confidence, and community in a supportive, small-group setting.

This 6-week progressive series meets once a week at the same day and time, allowing you to grow alongside the same group of students from start to finish. Each week builds on the last, helping you develop strong foundations while feeling comfortable and empowered in your movement.

In this series, you’ll learn:

  • Pole walks

  • Pole sits

  • Beginner spins

  • Transitions and light choreography

  • Fluidity basics (plus all the hair flips ✨)

Our progressive format is designed for transformation. As your strength and technique improve, so will your confidence. By the end of the series, you’ll feel accomplished, connected to your pole crew, and ready to graduate to the next level together.

No experience is necessary — just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to try something new.

We can’t wait to welcome you into your pole era. 💫

If you'd like, I can also create a slightly shorter, SEO-optimized version to help it rank better locally for searches like “beginner pole classes in Newburgh NY.”
