Join Chris for our brand-new ChairPole Series, where chair and pole come together in a playful, supportive, and dynamic class designed to help you build strength, flexibility, confidence, coordination, and creativity.
Over the course of this 4-week series, you'll:

Explore freestyle movement to expand your creativity and confidence

This 2-hour beginner-friendly workshop is the perfect fusion of salsa and pole, where the pole becomes your dance partner! You'll learn beginner salsa fundamentals, easy pole spins, playful choreography, and, of course, bring lots of sabor to the dance floor.
No dance partner? No problem. No pole experience? No problem. This class is designed for first-time dancers and beginners looking to move, laugh, and celebrate together in a welcoming environment.
