POLE 1
New to pole? Level 1 of our Progressive Pole Series is the perfect place to start! This beginner-friendly class introduces foundational moves like pole walks, spins, hooks, sits, and climbs — all in a supportive and empowering environment.
POLE 2
Ready to level up your pole journey? Pole 2 is our beginner-level class designed for students with a small amount of prior experience. You’ll solidify skills like climbs, pole sits, and beginner moves off the ground while learning new transitions and entries such as the jasmine, figure skater, and invert conditioning from the floor.
POLE 3
Pole 3 is designed for students who have been poling for some time and are ready to deepen their skills. This advanced beginner level focuses on:

POLE 5
Advanced is for experienced dancers ready to explore high-level pole tricks and combinations that demand both strength and flexibility. This class focuses on advanced movements such as ayesha variations, aerial shoulder mounts, Russian laybacks, iron X, and other power-based skills.
Expect to challenge your body with intense strength training and conditioning, dynamic transitions, and moves that require solid technique and body awareness. This level is for students with a consistent pole practice and a strong foundation in aerial work. Please contact the studio if you're unsure about placement.
AFTER DARK
After Dark blends seductive floorwork with beginner-friendly spin pole and dynamic choreography that plays with tempo—some slow and controlled, some fast and fierce. This class is all about expression, confidence, and letting your movement reflect every part of you.
Expect: Sexy, stylized routines Easy spin transitions & grounded flow Music-driven movement that shifts in speed and mood A space to explore both softness and power Perfect for all levels—no inverts or advanced tricks required.
BOOTY BOOT CAMP TWERK

DEEP STRETCH AND FLEXIBILITY
Bend, breathe, and lengthen. This restorative class is designed to help you improve flexibility, release tension, and increase mobility—especially in the muscles we use most in pole. We’ll move through a series of deep, intentional stretches focused on hips, hamstrings, shoulders, back, and splits, with plenty of time to breathe into each position. Perfect for: Enhancing pole performance & range of motion Preventing injury & supporting recovery Slowing down, reconnecting, and restoring balance Whether you’re working toward a goal (like splits or backbends) or just need a reset, this class will leave your body feeling open and your mind grounded.
