PROGRESSIVE BEGINNER
POLE Series

POLE 1(Intro) • POLE 2 (Beginner) • POLE 3 (Advanced Beginner)
Our Progressive Pole Series is designed to guide you through a supportive, intentional introduction to the art and technique of pole dance. Each 75-minute class includes a full-body warm-up, stretching, conditioning, level-appropriate pole work, and flow elements to expand your movement vocabulary.
At Casa we create an intimate class experience where you’ll build strength, confidence, and comfort in your sensuality—one class at a time.
Pole 1–3 make up our structured beginner program, perfect for first-time students or anyone looking to build a strong, embodied foundation. Each level is a 6-week cohort series, meeting the same day, time, and with the same instructor—so you grow, connect, and transform together. Your classmates and instructor become your built-in hype squad every step of the way
Each beginner series also includes 1 FREE Fluidity class to support your movement and expression.
From there, your journey continues into Pole 4 & 5, where your practice deepens and expands into more advanced movement.
POLE 4 & 5 SERIES — Ongoing Pole Practice

This is where you commit to your craft, deepen your technique, and truly fly.
Pole 4 (intermediate) and Pole 5 (advanced) are ongoing, membership-based classes designed for continued growth, exploration, and refinement. You’ll meet weekly with your pole familia in a supportive, intimate environment built for progression and play.
Together, we’ll break down challenging tricks and transitions, refine fluidity, and explore creative possibilities through embodied movement.
Each 75-minute class includes a full-body warm-up, creative prompt play, trick work, conditioning, and flow-based sequencing—helping you build strength, control, and artistry.

Pole 4 Prerequisites: solid climb, grounded invert, leg hangs, butterfly, laybacks
Pole 5 Prerequisites: aerial invert, strong leg hangs, shoulder mount

POLE & FLUIDITY DROP-Ins
POLE 1
New to pole? Level 1 of our Progressive Pole Series is the perfect place to start! This beginner-friendly class introduces foundational moves like pole walks, spins, hooks, sits, and climbs — all in a supportive and empowering environment.
POLE 2
Ready to level up your pole journey? Pole 2 is our beginner-level class designed for students with a small amount of pole experience. You’ll solidify skills like climbs, pole sits, and beginner moves off the ground while learning new transitions and entries such as the jasmine, genie, and continuing to build strength.
POLE 3
Pole 3 is designed for students who have been poling for some time and are ready to deepen their skills. This advanced beginner level focuses on: Solidifying climbs, sits, conditioning for inverts, learning combos with more intricate tricks, spins, and transitions. Strength training and flow development.
POLE 4
Pole Level 4 – Intermediate is for students who have completed our beginner levels (Pole 1–3) and are ready to elevate their training. In this class, you’ll focus on: Aerial inverts & shoulder mounts, butterfly variations & spin combos, daring transitions & Ayesha prep. Conditioning to build strength, control, and confidence with fewer points of contact
POLE 5
Advanced is for experienced dancers ready to explore high-level pole tricks and combinations that demand both strength and flexibility. This class focuses on advanced movements such as ayesha variations, aerial shoulder mounts, Russian laybacks, iron X, and other power-based skills.
Expect to challenge your body with intense strength training and conditioning, dynamic transitions, and moves that require solid technique and body awareness. This level is for students with a consistent pole practice and a strong foundation in aerial work. Please contact the studio if you're unsure about placement.
AFTER DARK
Step into After Dark, a strip club-style choreography class that blends seductive floorwork with beginner-friendly spin pole and dynamic, music-driven movement. Expect sensual, stylized sequences inspired by the energy and attitude of the club—some slow and controlled, others fast and fierce. This class is all about expression, confidence, and letting your movement reflect every side of you. Each session invites you to explore both softness and power, connecting technique with intuition in a supportive, empowering space. Perfect for all levels—no inverts or advanced tricks required.
BOOTY BOOT CAMP TWERK
Booty Boot Camp is a beginner-friendly, high-energy twerk fitness class—no poles involved. You’ll learn foundational technique, hip isolations, and fun twerk choreography while getting a full cardio and conditioning workout. Designed for all levels, this class helps you build strength, rhythm, and confidence in a supportive, high-vibe space. Bring knee pads and socks; heels are optional and not required.
HEELS FLOW
Step into your power and elevate your movement in our Heels Class This class is performed in stripper/platform heels and focuses on learning how to move seamlessly from one transition to the next with confidence and control. You’ll explore how to use your heels to create smooth, slinky movement while building strength, fluidity, and style. Expect a blend of basework and floorwork, designed to help you connect your movements and dance with intention. This class is best suited for dancers with some pole experience—advanced beginners and up are recommended.
Come ready to challenge yourself, build confidence, and tap into your sensual flow. What to bring: Stripper/platform heels, knee pads, & comfortable clothing you can move in.
LOW FLOW
Blend strength, sensuality, and seamless movement in this dynamic pole class. Low Flow focuses on controlled transitions, powerful poses, and sultry choreography—all grounded in core and upper body engagement. You’ll explore fluid combos, master the fundamentals of kips (smooth, controlled lifts), and build confidence through expressive, continuous flow. Perfect for anyone looking to merge athleticism with artistry on the pole.
SEXY CHAIR DANCE
Turn up the heat and take a seat. This seductive choreography class uses the chair as your ultimate dance partner, blending sensual movement, floorwork, and beginner-friendly tricks to create powerful, sexy routines. You’ll learn how to use the chair for support, style, and storytelling while building sultry confidence and playful energy through fluid transitions and expressive poses. Set to music that makes you feel every move, this class invites you to unleash your inner performer—one slow grind at a time.
Mixed level class, no pole experience needed, modifications always given. Heels welcome, knee pads recommended.
SPIN
This class focuses on learning how to flow effortlessly in the air while mastering control on spin pole. You’ll work on understanding and managing spin speed, flowing into tricks with confidence, and refining your transitions to make every movement look seamless. Expect to explore smooth pathways between shapes, learn to hold poses a little longer with strength and control, and link everything together through dynamic, music-driven combos. Spin Control is perfect for advanced beginners ready to elevate their technique, improve endurance, and add polished transitions and combos to their repertoire. Heels are optional.
FLOORWORK
Build strength, flexibility, and control through grounded, fluid movement. This class focuses on seamless transitions, full-body engagement, and developing power from the floor up. Perfect for all levels, it’s a safe, empowering space to explore movement, push your boundaries, and deepen your connection to your body.
HEELS FLOW
Step into your power and elevate your movement in our Heels Class. This class is performed in stripper/platform heels and focuses on learning how to move seamlessly from one transition to the next with confidence and control. You’ll explore how to use your heels to create smooth, slinky movement while building strength, fluidity, and style. SLOW & SENSUAL FLOW
Slow & Sensual Flow is a beginner-friendly class designed to help you slow down, tune in, and connect with your sensuality in a supportive, judgment-free space. This class focuses on fluid, grounded movement—no climbing or mounting the pole—just intentional flow around it. You’ll explore elements of strip tease, the art of playful expression, and “slow drip” movement that emphasizes control, musicality, and confidence. Expect a blend of basework and floorwork, with occasional prop-based classes to deepen your experience and creativity. Heels are optional, knee pads are recommended, and dressing up is always encouraged (but never required). Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident, and fully yourself.
