Do I need any experience or to be “in shape” to start pole dancing?Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. You don’t need to have a dance or fitness background—just come as you are. We’ll guide you through the basics and help you build strength, confidence, and skill at your own pace.

What should I wear to class?FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.For pole classes, we recommend shorts and a tank top or sports bra—skin contact helps with grip on the pole. For floorwork or conditioning classes, leggings and a comfy top work great. Bring a water bottle and come ready to move!

Is pole dancing safe?Absolutely—with proper instruction and progressions, pole dancing is a safe and empowering workout. Our instructors prioritize your safety and will guide you through each move with care and support

Can I book a private class or party?Yes! We offer private lessons and party packages for birthdays, bachelorettes, and other special events. Head over to our Rentals & Parties page to learn more and reserve your date.

What if I feel nervous or self-conscious?Totally normal—and you’re not alone! Casa Pole Dance is a judgment-free zone where we celebrate every body and every journey. Come as you are; we’re here to support and cheer you on.

Is there an age requirement to take classes?Students must be at least 18 years old to participate in adult pole classes and parties.

What’s your cancellation policy?We kindly ask for at least 8 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a class. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a lost class credit. For private events, cancellation policies may vary—please refer to your booking confirmation for details
